GEORGIAN FILM “ANNA’S LIFE” RELEASED IN CINEMAS IN SPAIN - 16 06 2017

A film by Nino Basilaia "Anna’s Life”, which has by far won several international awards, will be released in the following cinemas in Spain since June 16th:

Madrid- Cines Renoir Princesa

Bilbao - Multicines 7

Valencia - Cines Babel

Valladolid - Cines Broadway

Castelldefels - Cinemes Metropol

Lleida - Espai Funatic

Girona - Cinemes Albèniz

Sant Feliu de Llobregat - Cinemes Baix

The film "Anna’s Life” is a winner of the competition organized by the Georgian National Film Center, and the world premiere of the film took place at Göteborg International Film Festival, (GIFF). The film was also nominated for the Ingmar Bergman Prize.

The film has already won two international prizes – a Grand Prix at the CINEMA JOVE Film Festival and the main prize "Merit Award” at Construir Cine Film Festival.

Nino Basilia’s film "Anna’s Life” is the Palma de Mallorca and the Arras Film Festivals awards winner and the film won the critics' award, FIPRESCI, at the Cairo "A” class International Film Festival.

The film "Anna’s life” was awarded at the the Sakhalin International Film Festival. Nino Basilia won the Best Director award, and the film also collected the Best Actress prize for Eka Demetradze’s performance.
